Male Clothing

With the recent influx of lovely new male clothing meshes, Basil was quick to put in a few demands for new stuff to tart it about in! What could I do but give in and make some more? Besides, it means I get to look at him in them! It's also an excuse to push my texturing skills even further.

Rather than one custom shop (I hate building and tussling with NPC AI!), the outfits are scattered across Cyrodiil amongst the various general traders and clothiers, each one having only one or two complete outfits. These are all individual one-off sets of clothes, though a few items have alternative colours or body slot use. Itemes such as hats, crowns and diadems are marked with an asterisk * for tail slot items and no asterisk for amulet slot. This means hats won't remove the character's hair and beast races can use them without losing their tails, though some some hairstyles may clip a bit.

~ Rameses Egyptian Outfit ~
Inspired by actual clothing found in the tomb of King Tutankamen, I decided to have a go at this elaborate and heavily-jewelled clothing. The artwork on the front of the corselet shows King Rameses flanked by the gods Horus and Anubis and is taken from original Egyptian art. The art of the ancient Egyptians has long been a strong interest of mine.

~ Gothic Gentleman ~
Made of black brocade in a classic cut, this is a more formal set for those occasions where looking smart and dressed-up is a requirement. This features lace ruffs, polished buttons and crushed velvet detail picked out in deep crimson. It is finished off by a matching red and black hat set at a jaunty angle.

~ British Hussar ~
Based on the uniform of the 11th Hussars, this varies a little from my Morrowind version and is included as a response to several requests for it. Not exactly lore-correct, but then again, hardly any of this stuff is anyway!

~ Leather Gothman ~
Pure gothic fantasy, this is a mixture of tight black leather and polished silver chains to create a darkly sexy and suggestive look, showing off a sleek anatomy that will turn heads of male and female alike. The leather is polished to a high sheen while still retaining the grain of the skin. Finished off with a spiked collar, purple trim and a jewelled diadem - extravagance and decadence all the way.

~ Classic Swashbuckler ~
Leather trousers and boots are combined with an old-fashioned lace ruffle shirt for a somewhat nautical look. The shirt comes in white or black to suit. The trousers are loosely laced at the front and designed to be slightly suggestive, giving promise of the contents. The hat comes with the typical feathers to complete the classical appearance.

~ Elaborate Robes ~
Inspired entirely by a dream I had of Basil asking me if I'd make it for him, I had all the meshes I needed to meet his request. Elaborate is the word with this one and it has taken me two full days to make. This also features a fully-physiqued cloak that billows out behind the character when he runs, and appears to waft in the breeze. The clothing also features a separate silk lining. No detail has been spared.

*Like many of my mods, this is adult in nature and many of the clothes are designed to show off the beauty of the male anatomy. Some are downright suggestive. To me, the body is a wonderous and fascinating example of natural engineering, not something to be afraid of or reviled. Not for minors or those who dislike male flesh.

This mod is dedicated to Eldroth, Kikaimegami and The Vampire Dante for their constant support and encouragement in my dark times.
